Is it possible to print out a bank statement from the data feeds in Account Right? Alternatively, can you print/export a list of uncoded transactions (from data feeds) - if so how is this done. Couldn't find anything on this in the online help. Thanks

Shared Myob not able to operate on one computer
We have Myob on a communal Drive. Bookeeper sent the latest file to one computer via email.Opened and placed in Communal drive. The other computer cannot operate MYOB with the new file.Although we can see the the file it opens up pre september. Kay

Bank Feeds in Account Right 2014.4
Hi
In one ARight 2014.4 file I have, on one occasion when I matched a single bank feed, it resulted in 2 transactions in the bank rec, one with a tick and one without.
My next problem is if I try and delete unreconciled transaction, it pops it back into the bank feeds.
1. How do I fix.
2.Did I doing sometrhing wrong or is this a glitch.

Stop customer payments defaulting to undepositied funds account
Hello,
I need to stop customer payments from going into the undepositied funds account. I've tried all the methods I can think of but it still goes into that account.
Even when I open the receive payments screen it defaults to undeposited funds.
How can I do this.
In suppliers I just enter the amount paid and process it in one go and I would like to also do this for customers.
Please could someone tell me. I'm lost!.

Microsoft Office Outlook 2013
Can anyone help me...
I have "just installed Outlook 2013 32bit, use Google Apps MAPI type.
I have tried all the fixes, uninstalled, reinstalled etc etc, that have been posted on the forum so far...still I get the error message-
Ëither there is no default client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request.
and Än email session could not be started. Please check your MAPI installation.
I did not have this problem using Outlook 2010 and Google Apps.
Any clues?

I went to upgrade to 19.10 but could not as was told only had V19 so needed to update 19.9.

OLE Dispatch error, unable to run specified marco
Hello,
This seems to be a common error and I have followed the instructions at http://myobaustralia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9237 but I still get the error.
I have Office 2013 32bit installed.
Is there anything else I can do so that I can do a mail merge, I get the error when trying to create letters in To Do List / A/R.

We recently had our files encrypted by a virus and all our excel, word and Microsoft documents have been locked down by this virus. Changing default invoice template
Hi All
I am constantly frustrated by the plain paper default sales form.
Have made my own form but to get it to print I have to go through a series of clicks etc.
Is there a way of changing the default invoice form/template so it comes up first in the print menu?

Error Message and Back Up
I have been having major problems in last few weeks in which I am getting the following error messages.
When I press back up this message appears:
"One other person currently has this file open." "Please try again later, when no one else is using this file"
*I am the only one using the file
Then I get 'Error 1006 was encountered when opening the M-Powered Services Centre data File" "Please contact MYOB M-Powered Services Support for Details"
When I use to close MYOB it would ask me if I want to back up but now it just closes without asking.

Jobs Budget Analysis Report does not work!
I have just discovered that this report has a known bug.
We run our business based on jobs and this is incredibly inconvenient for us.
When we run the report, some figures are not being displayed/included, and as a result the profit for the job being displayed at the bottom of the report is inflated and completely wrong. As a consequence this report is unusable.
Does anyone know why this has not been fixed? Surely it is just a SQL coding error that it easily resolved?
Do we have a date for this to be fixed?

MYOB Call Centre changes Administrator password for unauthorised user
Hi Everyone,
One of my employees was having trouble accessing our company file so he thought he would ring the MYOB Customer Support. As a restricetd user his permission is for Time Billing only and is not listed as an Administrrator or autorised person at all. MYOB Contact Centre then proceeded to resolve his problem by resetting the Administrator password and provided it to him.
Nice going MYOB Contact Centre!
Maybe anyone can call in and change my password

Inorrect email address details given for owner of file to change details in live file
Hi there
MYOB support recently changed the owner on one of my client's files and i noticed that I had inadvertently put the wrong extension at the end of the email address and as such I'm nt sure that the client will be able to log in and set up bank feeds.
I have responded to the original email that I received from MYOB support, however, not heard anything since last Thursday when it was sent.
I need to know if the owner's correct email address can be inputted and also how they access MYOB initially to set up the live bank feeds (Do they already have a my.myob account or would the details of this be sent to them when the 'owner' of the file is changed?

fbt instalment and payable
The company I am going to work for is on accural basis accounting. I assume I need to do a jounry entry for FBT expense at end of month. Debit FBT expense and credit FBT payable. I am wondering if the company is also paying fbt instalment to ATO every month, sould I allocate debit side to FBT payable account (libility account) or FBT instalment account ( asset) ? Also, does PAYG instalment work in the same way?

Two users cannot simulatenously access MYOB file
I work for a business which uses MYOB. There are four users who
can access the same MYOB file. The problem is two users cannot use the same file simulatenously
as the software will not allow any other user to access the file if
one user is already logged in accessing the file. License for the software
and users is present. We are using MYOB Accounts right V19. Please help!!!!
