Hi there
I am undertaking a TAFE course and have been sent the MYOB 19 AccountRigt Plus v19. As my laptop disc drive has stopped working I invested in a new computer with windows 8. I have tried to load the disc but when I click on the install it all looks promising then I come up with tthe error message "install shield 1155:File C:\users\Gail downloads\MYOB AccountsRight pus v 19ED msi not found"
I have tried to run the compatability to make it identify with previous windows versions and also tried RegCure Pro as well as downloaded ODBC_Direct_10_0_18.AU
Nothing seems to work and I am at my wits end as well as frustrated, probably taken me longer to try and load that the actual unit will take!
I am new in town so also don't know anyone with a windows 7 computer I can use. I am not an IT person and expect things to work easily.
Can anyone please send me a simple solution as I am lost reading all these pages.
