Blank PDF forms

Hi,

When I complete a invoice, quote or order and "save to disk" it generates a PDF.

I can view the PDF fine.

95% of customers that I send these to can view the PDF fine.

The other 5% say all they get is a blank form. Blank as in none of my inputted data. The form outline is still there just no data.

When I look on my Android phone (4.1.2) I get the same result, a form that looks pretty much like the blank form you get when you are in customising forms.

Is this because the PDF engine used by MYOB is not compatible with older versions of Adobe and not compatible with Android?
